Instructions to Authors
Abstracts on original scientific work are invited. Oral presentations are limited to 12 minutes plus 3 minutes for discussion. The length of an abstract is limited to 250 words including formulae. No graphs, figures, tables or images are allowed in the abstract text. Please send submissions via email, as text in the email message, or as an attached MS Word file, to Dr. N. Suntharalingam (n.suntha@mail.tju.edu), copies to Dr. Raymond Wu (RayKWu@aol.com), and Prof. Yimin Hu (huyiminr@public.bta.net.cn). Please include the names of the authors, the institution, address, telephone and fax numbers, email address, and a statement that the work has not been presented at any other conference. The deadline for submission is March 15, 2000. For authors who prefer to use the hard copy format, the mailing address is Dr. N. Suntharalingam, Radiation Oncology Department, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA 19107, and the deadline is March 1, 2000. Acceptance notification will be sent via the same media within two months of submission or April 15, 2000, whichever is earlier.
